How long does it take for a property to be listed?
The property is listed after we collect the necessary information and finish preparing the professional media content. Publication time depends on the property type and materials being prepared, such as photos, video, 360° tour, and floor plans.

How is the sales commission calculated?
For properties in Podgorica, the commission is 3% + VAT, while for properties in other cities, it is 5% + VAT of the achieved sale price. The minimum sales commission is €1,000 + VAT.

How is the rental commission calculated?
For contracts up to 12 months, the commission is 10% of the monthly rent for each month of the contract duration. For contracts from 1 to 2 years, it equals 1 month's rent, for 2 to 5 years, 2 months' rent, and for contracts over 5 years, 3 months' rent.
